We, as a business, also own and operate 3 restaurants at other local country clubs. You can find our sister restaurants located at The Hideaway at Saratoga Lake Golf Club, The Iron's Edge at Ballston Spa Country Club, and The Shaker Ridge Catering Company at Shaker Ridge Country Club. All of these have some similarities, but each one has its own originality as well. All the locations offer great views of the respected golf course, beautiful areas to host your next private events, meetings, or parties, and great culinary teams that offer large menus that are sure to have something for everyone.

You will find some items on the menus that we do offer at all 4 locations, such as our Fried Chicken Sandwich, Build Your Own Burgers, and Lobster Ravioli, to name a few. But here at Hills & Hollows, our culinary team, led by the very talented Chef Philip Usas, has included some great original items to our menu as well.
